A DDO focuses on the growth and full development of every one of its employees, in work and in life, as its prime directive. Everyone is measured as much by their growth as by their output. Building an interconnected group of DDO’s will be our Company’s – and by extension the Fund’s – prime priority. We believe that shareholder value and net returns will quickly follow. Aside from the fact that it is the right thing to do to attract and retain the best talent, we believe it will be imperative to our acquisitions and to our portfolio companies.
