Kyle and Katina Connaughton are the creative force behind ST Hospitality Management, based in Healdsburg, California. The couple brings decades of culinary and agricultural industry knowledge and experience. They've honed their skills in some of the world's best restaurants, including The Fat Duck (UK), and Miyama-so, Kikunoi, and Michel Bras (Japan). In 2016, they opened a hospitality tour-de-force, SingleThread. SingleThread was awarded 3 Michelin Stars in its second year of operation, and it's currently rated 71 on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list.
